The space The apartment’s contemporary design features an open-plan living area, making it ideal for both short and long stays. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed (suitable for a child), plus a European-style kitchen with cooking hob and a large refrigerator. The bathroom includes a luxurious rain shower. The apartment also includes a small work desk and chair, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it convenient for working from home or using a laptop. Guests enjoy access to the estate’s swimming pool and fitness room, as well as shared amenities at the neighboring estate — including a larger pool, and restaurant. The location offers a peaceful hillside retreat just behind Kamala village, away from traffic noise. It’s around a 6-minute drive or a 20-minute walk (1.5 km) to shops and the beach. A shuttle bus service is available at reception at set times during the day. The airport is about 40 minutes away, and Patong’s shopping and nightlife are just 15–20 minutes by car. Access & Surroundings The residence is set on a peaceful hillside, which means access is via a steep hill by car or motorbike. Once at the building, please note that entry requires walking up outdoor stairs, and there is no lift. For convenience, guests often choose to rent a motorbike or car, or use the shuttle service from reception, which runs at set times during the day. Being surrounded by lush nature, the apartment may sometimes have a fresh, earthy scent if it has been closed for a period. This clears quickly once aired out and is part of the authentic hillside living experience. Other things to note CHECK-IN - Please note guest must arrive at the property no later than 7pm at night. However if you anticipate arriving later, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of arranging a late check-in. Please be aware that a nominal fee will apply to cover the additional staffing required, ensuring that someone is always there to welcome you warmly. Normal check-in is from 2pm. UTILITIES - Guest have to pay for Electric and Water in connection with the property during their stay. UTILITIES DEPOSIT - A cash utilities deposit of 2,000 Baht is required on check-in. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, with deductions for utility charges incurred during your stay. CLEANING - Apt. Cleaning / Bed-linen & Towel change included - 1x per week for stays of 7 nights or longer. Additional cleaning is available at extra cost. ACCESS - Access to the development is on a steep hill - Shuttle Bus Service Available from reception. Access to the apartment building is by stairs. SHORTEN STAYS - Please note after booking there are no refunds provided for shorten stays / early check-outs.
