Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils is also at your disposal together with laundry that has washer and drier as well as all you might need. ONLY THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE SPECIFIED DURING THE BOOKING IS ALLOWED ON THIS PROPERTY AT ANY TIME ($45 per person per day will be charged, or your stay will immediately be canceled). NO exceptions. NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS - - $150 penalty will be taken from your security deposit. 4. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND!!! - $350 penalty will be taken from your security deposit. 5. NO PETS - Service animals may be allowed with proof of status but shall never be left alone on the Property or the Premises!!! If Service animal is allowed, you might be requested to make higher damage deposit. 6. NOISE CURFEW - No loud noise after 10pm - immediate end to your stay if this rule is broken. 7. Check-in / Check-out times - after 4pm only and must move out by 11am on the check-out day. You may request earlier check-in or late check-out only if available for $20 per hour.
