Guest access Guests will be given one City of Excelsior parking permit to display in their car's window that will allow parking in front of Goldie. Additional pay station street parking is available. Other things to note Our neighborhood is important to us and most residents live here full time. Please respect the community and our lake house by following our house rules: No smoking of any kind on property. No pets allowed. No parties or events allowed. All overnight guests must be listed original reservation. Please respect Excelsior’s noise ordinance from 9:30p-7:30a daily.
