Cute cottage just 1/3 miles south of Suttons Bay on 25mph South Shore Dr. Cabin is 1/4 mile from public beach and across the street from the water. No direct access. Fully equipped cottage with all necessities.. Cottage is walking distance to the popular family friendly Hop-Lot restaurant/bar and all of downtown Suttons Bay. Minimum 2 night stay is required in the off season (Sept-May). Weekly rental in the summer with Saturday as the check in/out date. Long-term rental in off-season. The space Cabin has rustic feel with updated kitchen area. New electric fireplace installed 12/2020. Large bonus room upstairs provides other private bedroom area. Guest access Guests have full access to all of the cabin amenities including golf clubs, bikes, paddleboard (windsurfing board), fire pit, tennis racquets etc. Other things to note This is a great cabin for families wishing to enjoy the Lelanau County and Traverse City area.
