Stylish Loft "zur Ammer"

Welcome to our holiday loft in Oberammergau. Here you will find a fully furnished loft with beds, kitchen, bathroom and TV corner at your own disposal. The loft is best suited for young families and couples, up to 4 people. Pets are welcome. Feel free to use the gym in our premises. We look forward to welcoming you and that you have a wonderful time staying with us in Oberammergau. The space Welcome to our holiday loft "zur Ammer" in Oberammergau. Here you and your companions have a fully furnished loft (64 m²) with kitchen, bathroom and TV corner at your disposal. There is a double bed and a bunk bed in the loft. Please note that this is a LOFT and there are no separate rooms other than the bathroom. However, this has made our loft ideal for a great family time with your children for years. Towels and linens are included. In the basement area of the building you have access to a washing machine and our in-house gym including an infrared cabin. Pets are of course also most welcome in our loft. NOTE: Our loft is in the same building as our carpentry shop, our own apartment and the apartment "zur Ammer". This means that you can hear us, our children, other guests and those working in the carpentry from time to time. After more than seven years of renting, however, we can tell you with a clear conscience that the noise pollution is negligible and will not disturb your stay. We look forward to seeing you and to you enjoying your time with us in Oberammergau. Guest access Our holiday loft is on the 2nd floor of our multi-generational house with an attached craft business and a family atmosphere. You enter the apartment via the large staircase and are then in your own area. Access is via us on the first day and we will guide you through all areas. If you have to check in at an extremely late or uncertain time, we will provide a key for you in a key box. There is of course free parking right in front of the house. Other things to note - A large supermarket (V-Markt) is a 2-minute walk from us. The supermarket has a bakery and butcher. - In addition, there are charging stations for electric cars behind the supermarket. - A gas station (Agip) incl. The bakery is also a 2-minute drive away. - The entire place and its sights are within walking distance from us. In addition, the property is located directly on the Ammer, which invites you to swim in the summer months. Behind the accommodation, the nature reserve begins: Pulvermoos and invites you for long walks. - The booking price also includes the visitor's tax/tourist tax, which we will cover. You will also receive a guest card of the Ammergauer Alps with many promotions upon arrival. (We do not offer a Königscard)
