This private 16 m² room includes access to a private bathroom in the lower level and is perfect for short-term travelers or families visiting Dyreparken. It’s also a convenient overnight option for those needing easy access to the ferry terminal. Bed linens, towels, and toilet paper are included. The space Calm and practical location. The property is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area with easy access to transport and essential facilities. Short distance to the city center, hiking areas, and the coast. Only 1-2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop - easy transport. 700 meters to the grocery store and pharmacy. Easy transport to the zoo and ferry terminal. Guest access Guests stay on the floor where our shared entrance door is, while the host lives on the 2nd floor. Guests have access to their own private bathroom, without the host's belongings. There is free, large parking space on the property. By arrangement with the homeowner, motorcycles can be parked in a locked garage. During your stay I am available for questions and practical help during your stay. Guests can contact me via the Airbnb app by sending a message there or by phone. I will respond as quickly as possible. I live on the second floor, but I give guests privacy and let them enjoy their stay undisturbed. Other things to note There is a small refrigerator in the room, as well as a microwave and an electric kettle. It is possible to heat simple meals in the microwave or kettle. Cups, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for easy use. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE GUESTS during the stay.
