Welcome to the Lake House! 5 bedrooms. Access to a mooring. Full bathroom and kitchen with accessories. Bedrooms have locked doors & Wi-Fi. The house has a Deck and Docks, 8 foot by 10 foot floating Island, BBQ Grill. Lakeside Bon Fire Pit. Full bath, 30 feet from Lake! 2 entrances, 3 Kayaks, Fishing/Swimming. Nice neighbors including Camp Manitou, Matoaka and Somerset. Near Public Boat Landing & country store. I reside nearby, and will help with any issues. The space My house is 30 feet from the shore of East Lake. Swimming, boating, fishing ice skating, walking are some of the great activities that happen at the lake house. The first and second floors are air conditioned. The house has a large driveway and is surrounded by a forest that is owned by Camp Manitou. The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, large desk, air conditioner and Ruko tv. It also has an adjacent daylight room with 3 windows and a futon. The second bedroom has full bed and a daylight room with a futon, air conditioner and Apple TV. The third bedroom has a full size bed and twin bed. This bedroom has 2 windows that overlook the lake. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed and window that overlooks the lake. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a full size bed, desk, ethernet cable, one window and is fully air conditioned. This bedroom is across from the bathroom and near the house entrance. Guest access Guest are free to access the grounds of this property and of our neighboring property, The grounds boast 3 picnic tables. The 2 accessible grounds include 2 docks and over 100+ feet of shore frontage, boat mooring, and 2 large driveways. My neighbor also have a 1 room cabin on the main road. A great place for kids. This separate cabin has 3 bunks and is rented separately: additionally 3 kayaks are available of various ages. The main house is located 1/3 of a mile from the main road, route 137 and about 1/2 a mile from D&L Country Store. The area camp roads make for a nice walk and the neighbors are friendly.
