Located at the heart of the Araneta Center Complex, we are walking distance from “Smart-Araneta Coliseum” & “KIA Theater” where you can watch & enjoy scheduled games/shows of famous celebrities ; walking distance to malls where you can shop, watch movies, & enjoy eating at nice restaurants & hotels; very near to “Art In Island” where 3D photos are displayed; walking distance to metro-train & bus stations. The space Our spacious condominium unit boasts of separate living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilet&bath with water heater. Guest access Entire apartment/condominium unit. Other things to note * Daily rental rate covers a maximum of four- six persons/guests only. * Parking is available at the Basement of the Condominium Building BUT for a fee. Parking fee is Php50.- for the 1st hour - then additional Php10.- for every hour after the 1st hour until check-out time. * All guests are required to submit to the Host - their Government-issued ID's - at least one week prior to the actual Check-in Date. The host is required to submit documentations about the incoming Guests - to the Condo Admin - prior to the check-in date of the guests. NON-SUBMISSION OF THE GUESTS' GOVERNMENT-ISSUED ID's WILL RESULT TO CONDO ADMIN's NON-APPROVAL OF THE SAID BOOKING and therefore, the booking CANNOT PUSH THROUGH.
