The fantastic holiday home "Frohsinn" is located in the heart of Feldberg-Altglashuetten at an altitude of almost 1000 meters in the southern Black Forest. It was built in 1928 in traditional Black Forest architecture as a small pension. Since the fundamental renovation in 2015 it is available to guests from near and far as an individual holiday home for sole use. The space The Hochschwarzwaldkarte is included in the offer of Ferienhaus Frohsinn and allows you to use the swimming pools, mountain railways, lake tours and many other attractions for free or at reduced prices! In Haus Frohsinn you will find modern designer furniture and antique pieces in vintage style on 120 m², which complement each other harmoniously. Up to six people can be accommodated in the holiday home in three bedrooms. For the 7th person an extra bed is available, for 2 toddlers one cot each. The heart of the holiday home is the open living area with a very well equipped kitchen and cooking island, sofa landscape and dining area in the bay window with view of the valley. The large sun terrace with sunbathing lawn on the south side invites you to a convivial barbecue and chill out. The wellness offer (sauna, swimming pool, massage etc.) of Hotel Schledorn (200m away) is available to our guests according to local prices. The dream holiday home is located in the middle of the nature park Southern Black Forest and is the ideal starting point for hiking or mountain bike tours. The world-famous Titisee or the university town of Freiburg with its gothic cathedral can be easily reached by train - the station Altglashütten-Falkau is within walking distance (400m). The nearby Windgfällweiher (1200m) with its lido offers a wonderful opportunity to cool off in summer. Water sports of all kinds are possible at the Schluchsee. Winter lovers get their money's worth during their holiday in Haus Frohsinn. The Schwarzenbachlift with three slopes of different levels of difficulty is only 700 meters away. Sledding slopes and cross-country ski runs are in the immediate vicinity. By ski bus or car the Feldberg lift network can be reached in a few minutes. In the Feldberg ski area every winter sportsman and nature lover will find his pleasure - also families, children or beginners.
