Magical Retreat by the Sea

In the Circeo promontory, strategically positioned for spectacular view of the Pontine Islands and the Mediterranean sea, "la casa dei pesci" is a breathtaking retreat tucked away in the "Parco Nazionale Del Circeo", 3km from the old medieval village of San Felice Circeo, 100 km from Rome and 90km from Fiumicino Airport. Sleeps 9! The space The house sleeps nine comfortably with six bedrooms and is located on the unique Circeo Promontory, in the middle of the "Parco Nazionale del Circeo" 100 km from Rome and 90 from Fiumicino airport. The was built in the 1950's by Italian renowned architect Michele Busiri Vici, Sr. It has no air conditioning or heating, but is by the sea and full of fresh air. The house is built on 3 levels. On the entry level it is occupied by the kitchen, spacious living and dining room and a powder room. On the lower level, there is a game room with ping pong table, a bedroom with queen size bed, a full bathroom that gets shared with another bedroom with two single beds. On the upper level, it houses four rooms of which: the master bedroom with two single beds, walk-in-closet and master bathroom, a bedroom with full size bed, a bunk-bed bedroom, the office space with desk and sofa and a full bathroom. All spaces have access to the exterior. Most have been built by architect Michele Busiri Vici, Sr. The house is nested in nature and has a private access to the rocky beach area below. Over time the rocks have been flattened to create comfort for the guests. Our house is the only available means to access the beach, creating a private heaven. Other things to note Cleaning and Maintenance: The house is large and exposed to the elements, for this reason a weekly maintenance cleaning fee from our trusted caretaker has been included.
