The space ・ Easy cooking is possible with an IH kitchen, refrigerator, microwave oven and cooking utensils. (No fried food) ・ A washing machine and detergent can also be used freely. Attention This facility is completely non-smoking. If you are a smoker, please refrain from making a reservation. Residents of Kyoto have long feared fire as one of the most dangerous elements. This is because wooden machiya townhouses can easily catch fire and spread rapidly, potentially leading to a major disaster. ・We offer a freshly prepared American breakfast as an optional service, allowing you to enjoy it in the comfort and privacy of your room. Breakfast will be delivered directly to your room. Please note that this is an optional service and an additional fee will apply. Guest access The entire house is available for your exclusive use. Please be mindful of noise, especially after 8:00 PM. ・If there is any damage to or loss of items inside the property, you may be charged for the cost of replacement. ・There is no parking or bicycle parking available at the property. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots at your own expense. ・Please cooperate with garbage separation. Do not leave garbage outside; store it inside the property. If you need garbage to be collected, please let us know, and staff will assist. ・Changes to reservation dates can be accepted up to 14 days before the check-in date. Any date changes requiring a refund within 14 days of the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. ・Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
