Inside, you'll find a comfortable lounge with an open fire, perfect for cozying up in the winter. There's also a dining room and a modern kitchen with all the necessary amenities including two dishwashers and a walk-in pantry. The space If the weather's nice, why not fire up the 5-burner gas BBQ for a delicious outdoor dinner or pick up fish and chips from the local Rainbow point shops and enjoy them lakeside just a 5 minute walk away. This home has it all, including linen, Wi-Fi and Sky TV is available in lounge, dining room and main bedroom. The home has Four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms. • Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen And 1 Single Bed • Bedroom 3: 1 Queen And 1 Single Bed • Bedroom 4: 1 Single Bed There's plenty of off-street parking for up to four cars, so no need to worry about finding a spot but please note that the garage is not available for parking. This is a secure property with gates on both sides on property making it suitable for young children. Please keep in mind that we are in a quiet residential area, so this property is not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people. Other things to note • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
