Breakfast included, beautiful house near Strasbourg

Don't bother running around town to find a breakfast to eat on the go: we'll take care of everything! We welcome you to a pleasant bright house 10 minutes from the heart of Strasbourg and 5 minutes from the Zenith Arena. A room is reserved for you with a real double bed + private bathroom. In winter, you will enjoy its large living room and wood-burning stove. The space Underfloor heating throughout the house, internet connection available, wired or wireless. Next to your room are the toilets that only you will use. The bathroom (shower or bathtub) is upstairs and will be shared with your hosts. When there is sun, you can enjoy our terrace or garden to walk, smoke (outside only) or better yet: rest on a deckchair or hammock! The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the house is very bright. Our cat, Mirabelle, likes to snuggle on the sofa, by the stove, and you can do the same... In the early morning, according to our availability and your wishes, we will be happy to offer you breakfast, together, to get to know each other better. We will also offer you music to listen to or practice (if you are a guitarist!), as well as a comic book corner with complete collections (Calvin and Hobbes, Lefranc, Black and Mortimer, The Decalogue, XIII...) Guest access In addition to your room, of course ;-), you will have access to a large bright living room that contains a stove that we will be happy to light for you. It also contains a large table, ideal for setting up and placing your computer or tablet. A little relaxation? Feel free to rest on the sofa, by the stove... During your stay We provide you with two bikes to go into town (or to put for free in the tram), maps of bike paths and Strasbourg, information on free or paid concerts, shows (especially Christmas), cultural and historical activities of the city. We will advise you on itineraries, restaurants, ideas for outings and discoveries within this city that we love and practice a lot, especially through its cultural richness (Opéra National, Théâtre National, Pôle Sud, Maillon, Point d'Eau, L'Illiade, La Laiterie...: we have all the programming and we keep it at your disposal!). You can (re)discover the Cathedral, Petite France, Place Kléber and, in December, the Christmas markets in Strasbourg or its surroundings... Other things to note Strasbourg is particularly pleasant at Christmas time with its ChristKindelsMärik (large Christmas market in the capital of Christmas). If it's cold, it's better to get into the holiday spirit. Illuminated from all sides, the city offers itself to you at the same time as its delicacies, its Christmas tree and its Christmas markets scattered throughout the city. We can also advise you to go elsewhere than Strasbourg, to discover other landscapes (vineyard, countryside or forest), to visit Obernai (25 min), Colmar or Ribeauvillé (accessible by car or train). And give you the best indications to eat our local specialties (Flammekuëche, Bäckehofe, Männele, sauerkraut and above all, quantities of Bredele!)
