We are Anita and Marcel Becker. We have owned this beautiful villa in Altea since February 2017. You are warmly welcome with us! Relax in this gorgeous spot! You have a lot of privacy in and around the villa. The microclimate makes it wonderful to stay under pleasant temperatures throughout the year. Near the beach, supermarkets, boulevards, golf, shopping, Altea, Calpe, Albir and Benidorm. Water sports, water park, and dolphinarium in the area. The space The villa is located in a quiet area with lots of privacy around and on site. Recently fully restored in Ibiza style. The villa is spread over 2 floors. The main residence is on the top floor, accessible by stairs. Here are 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 2 toilets, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, an extensive kitchen, cozy living room and the beautiful large veranda. From the veranda, there is a sea view and beautiful views of the pool, terrace and forest. Accommodates 2 to 4 people. Guest access Downstairs is a guest house with 2 bedrooms with double box spring beds and a living area with sofa bed. This sofa bed is easy to convert into a double bed. There is also a kitchen and bathroom with toilet. In total, with the upper floor and guesthouse, usable for 8 people. The sofa bed can accommodate 2 children or 2 young adults (up to 18 years). With the sofa bed, you can accommodate a total of 10 people (including a maximum of 2 children on the sofa bed).
