Guest access Our guests have direct access to the lounge with a cozy fireplace, the wellness & spa area, and the elegant wine cellar. In the winter season, the Niederthai Card offers free use of the Niederthai ski area, including the ski lifts, and many other benefits. Other things to note IMPORTANT!!!! The Airbnb fixed price includes 16 people, from which our apartment hotel is exclusively allocated. Each additional person (i.e. max. 8 person) comes to €74.00 per night. Variable costs, such as final cleaning, are billed on site along with the tourist tax. Prices are per night excluding tourist tax Children/teenagers up to 15 years old are exempt from the tourist tax. Per pet, we charge €25.00 per day (without food) Late check-in after 9:00 pm €45.00 During the Christmas/New Year's period and in February, we require a minimum stay of 6 nights.
