Guest access Our guests have direct access to the lounge with a cozy fireplace, the wellness & spa area, and the elegant wine cellar. In the winter season, the Niederthai Card with free use of the ski area, including the Niederthai ski lifts, and many other benefits. In summer, with the Ötztal Summer Card, you have all the sights and excursion destinations of the Ötztal in one place. Other things to note IMPORTANT!!!! The Airbnb fixed price includes 16 people, for whom our aparthotel is exclusively booked. Each additional person (max. 8 people) costs €74.00 per night. Variable costs such as final cleaning will be settled on-site along with the tourist tax. Prices are per night excluding tourist tax. Children/teenagers up to 15 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax. We charge €25.00 per pet per day (excluding food). Late check-in after 9:00 PM: €45.00. During the Christmas/New Year period and in February, we require a minimum stay of 7 nights. Subject to change and errors.
