Cute warm home for a nuclear family,with awesome interior. No smoking, No alcohol, No cooking or bringing or non veg food is allowed.If you have booked for 2 guests,1 Room will be opened with the entire apartment no body else will be sharing the apartment.Street side parking is provided only for one car or one bike.Cleaning and bedspreads change wil be done once in 10 days (Long stay) Gas additional fee after one free cylinder. Guest access If you book 1 room or 2 rooms it doesn’t matter, no body else wil be sharing the apartment...the entire privacy is give for you:) Wifi with good speed and prescribed limits is provided...once the limit is crossed ...if you need anything additional apart from the limit it wil be chargeable! If the trash is filled...you cash keep it out at 9 Am for clearance! While checking out used utilities in the kitchen should be washed , else additional cleaning charges wil be applicable .
