The space In this recently renovated bright farm, enjoy the calm and tranquility of the place without any neighbors for a well-deserved summer rest. On the ground floor you will find: - An entrance that separates a first sleeping area from the living rooms. - The "ZEN" suite with double bed (160 x 200 cm), its dressing room and bathroom (shower). - A small office space. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room. - A living room. - Toilets. - A laundry area. Upstairs you will find: - A bathroom with shower and bathtub and double sink. - The "WILD" room with double bed (140 x 190), storage closets. - The "GIRLY" bedroom with double bed (140 x 190), storage closets. - The "STUDY" room with double bed (140 x 190), large desk. - A large room "LE REFUGE", 50 m², air-conditioned, includes: • a mezzanine with double bed (140 x 190) and 2 single beds (90 x 190) • a sports and relaxation area (treadmill, rower, weight bench, sofa, TV screen...) - A children's playroom area. - Toilets. Outside, stroll in the garden on the hammock, refresh yourself in the pool (5x10 depth 1m40), take out your ping-pong service, or simply serve yourself an aperitif on the terrace! The swimming pool is for your exclusive use and without any opposite neighbors. Outdoor shower. At your disposal are a plancha, a playground with swings and a large trampoline for children as well as something to share a good time on the boulodrome, petanque kit and molky. La Séraillé was designed as a friendly, pleasant and functional place. Guest access You will have access to the entire house as well as the outside. The adjoining barn will be closed during your stay, it serves as storage, so you will not have any neighbors. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - Check-in time: from 5 p.m. - Check-out time: before 10 a.m. - A deposit in the form of a bank imprint will be required before check-in. Please contact us for more information. - Please note that twice a week, we will come to maintain the pool. - We ask that you treat this house with the same respect as your own and leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived, especially in terms of clean and tidy dishes as well as empty and clean appliances (griddle, fridge, oven...). Products available. All garbage cans must be emptied. - Non-smoking house. - Pets not allowed. - Swimming pool: out of service from October 1 to May 31. - In order to best preserve the safety of our guests, frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, furniture handles, remotes...) are cleaned and disinfected before you check in.
