Guest count capacity is 6 including children ( under 2 not included in count but please note this in the reservation), 4 adults is max capacity. Please note: To ensure a quiet environment for our permanent resident neighbors, this property accommodates no more than four adults. This is due to bed configurations and our commitment to keeping noise levels minimal. Additionally, while our house is a one-level home, please be aware that there are steps between some rooms, such as a sunken living room. This layout consideration is important for guests requiring accessibility options or preferring a flat layout.
