The summer room in the garden

Small independent house consisting of a large bedroom and a bathroom and toilet room in the quiet of a wooded garden with views of the fields. This outbuilding is located on the property and can accommodate 4 people – 1 bed of 140 + 2 of 90. A full breakfast is offered at a rate of 8 euros. Please let me know at least the day before. The nearby town of Sens offers sightseeing and dining opportunities. The space Spacious quiet room in a quiet village near the A 19 highway exit. The house is reserved for you. A mini fridge, kettle, microwave are available. This small house is not equipped with a kitchen or wifi. The two single beds are low beds with slatted bed base and foam mattress, rather suitable for children. Access by external staircase. The car will be parked in a closed courtyard and a garage is available for 2-wheelers. Our house is located a little lower in the garden and we are therefore at your disposal. Close to hiking trails, the Yonne for its towpath or towns such as nearby Sens, Joigny, Auxerre or Troyes and typical Burgundian villages. Guest access The car will be parked in the enclosed courtyard and you will have access to the garden as well as our dining room if you wish to have breakfast. Other things to note I gladly accept cats and dogs if they are clean, provided that I am notified when there is one accompanying you, for a fee. In addition, they should never be left alone. We have a cat, Rebeccat, who is nice but fearful. If she sees another animal, she will not approach it but will go and hide.
