Very nice and family house, bathed in light by its four bay windows , with two courtyards ( one for the morning , one for the afternoon following the sun and heat ). Cats and small dogs allowed The beach is a 250 m walk away , "la Case D'Elo" ,a magical place where you can snack or share a drink while watching the sunset. Spot for lovers of Kite Surfing , Surfing, Sailing , Hiking and Cycling. The space Traffic in the house allows you to isolate yourself for sunbathing and reading . She is cheerful and alive , books , comics , games are at your disposal for children as for the older ones. There are large cupboards in the 3 bedrooms with a shelf part and also a part with hangers. These are double beds, the bedding is recent. There are extra pillows and blankets in each closet . The bathroom has shower, bidet and shelf area. We have a bathtub for baby. The kitchen leads to the dining room, it has an electric oven, a 4 gas hob, a microwave and a fridge. In the garage is a second electric oven There is a classic coffee machine and espresso machine, kettle, citrus press, some "robots" and everything you need to cook, as well as a plancha. The mezzanine is a reading area with a workspace. There is also a small bed for a child. In the garage you will find a large freezer , a dryer , a washing machine, a second toilet and another shower but only cold water, for the bravest who come back from the beach! A shower is also outside in the first courtyard to rinse your feet after the beach to avoid putting sand in the house, but the water is also cold! Two bikes are at your disposal . The wifi works great and the TV in the living room works by satellite another is in the downstairs bedroom but only with TNT . The street is extremely quiet , very little vehicle traffic because it is one way and serves only a few houses . Pets are welcome , I own 2 cats and one dog . There is a litter box in the garage , dogs can't escape as the courtyards are closed . All openings have roller shutters. In summer the chimney is clogged, so you can't make a fire. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and garage . We will of course be absent during your stay but present at the key handover at check-in and check-out . Other things to note Linen and towels are included for rentals of at least 7 days. The house is rented for 6 people only. Each additional person will be charged 50 euro per day. Cleaning products are provided Cats and small dogs allowed ( no more than 2 ). The house is non-smoking inside, you can smoke only in classes. No parties after midnight. Showers are easily clogged because of sand. Thank you in advance for rinsing your feet in the yard and emptying your shoes from the sand, when you come back from the beach. Be careful not to close the floor-to-ceiling windows if the keys are inside. You couldn't go home anymore! On the other hand, the house must be fully closed when you are away.
