Larch Barn

We’ve recently converted our new barn into a stylish and comfortable three bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, shower and double basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed and it’s own shower room. There is a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The sitting room has an electric wood burner. Every room has stunning views! The space The barn consists of a private driveway, parking area and entrance hall that leads to an open plan sitting room and kitchen. This room has a day bed and two three seater sofas. The sitting area also has an electric wood burner, underfloor heating and a 50” Smart TV. The master bedroom has a full length window that leads to the terrace and it has a large en-suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a double and a single bed and window/door leading to the terrace. It has it’s own bathroom. The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and an extra WC. All rooms have a stunning view of the open countryside and there is large terrace and garden. Guest access You can access the barn and the surrounding garden. Other things to note The barn is very spacious and offers flexible accommodation. It has been overseen by an interior designer and finished recently to a high standard. The basic nightly rate is for two people and additional guests are charged extra, we open up extra bedrooms/bathrooms for them. There is a further sitting room that is not mentioned in the airbnb details because it is unfurnished and is used as a walk through between the master bedroom and the other bedrooms. We are happy to accept family groups of up to seven but are not taking groups of singles or adult only groups (unless I can be persuaded that it is a very sedate group!). Because of the size of the barn and the time it takes to prepare between guests combined with a local cleaner shortage check-in is anytime after 4pm and check-out by 9.30am.
