A unique barn conversion with wonderful views

Converted carriage barn 5 mins from beach. Two bedrooms, shower room and utility room downstairs. Contemporary open-plan sitting room, fully equipped dining/kitchen, french doors onto large balcony with panoramic views of Snowdonia and coast. Luxurious bedding and towels provided. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer and full cooker, super fast WiFi. Outdoor furniture and cool boxes. Space for boats, paddleboards, bikes. One pet welcomed. No charging for electric cars. The space Two king size, extremely comfortable beds with feather duvets and pillows with luxurious linens and towels. Hypoallergenic duvets and pillows available - please ask if you prefer these. There is a hairdryer in both bedrooms. Beds are made up ready for your arrival and wine chilling ready for you to relax on the balcony with a glass or two. Perfect to stargaze in our clear skies and the sunrise is magnificent. If you prefer to bring your own towels please let me know, but please your own beach towels. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk and sugar, some basics and a bottle of wine. The kitchen is very well equipped. Electric wall radiators and full fibre super fast broadband WiFi included. Work space/ there is a desk in the sitting area, for those who have to bring work away with them. Plenty of books, games and jigsaws for any wet evenings. Beach toys and bodyboards are in the outside box; chairs , table and cushions provided for use on the balcony. We can organise bikes and paddle boards to be delivered to the cottage. Check in between 4pm -7 pm - if you are held up or have a long journey please let us know you will be arriving later. Check out is 10 am. Families and couples only. Highchair and safety gate are provided in the cottage. One dog welcome. Guest access Access to whole house with parking for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage. Other things to note There is a large lawned garden for guests to use - ideal for family games or riding bikes. The garden runs along the drive and is fenced off from the road and lined with various mature trees and shrubs. There is an area suitable for a bbq - please bring your own. Farmland surrounds the cottage with very friendly cows and sheep. Plenty of bird life and water fowl to observe, woodpeckers, pheasants, herons, egrets and swans . The sound of the curlews is wonderful. There are many beautiful, safe beaches all within 20 minute drive. Our local 3 mile beach is 5 minutes away with free parking. The are 4 amazing golf courses within maximum drive time of 20 minutes, the closest about 5 minutes away. Details of these are in the cottage information handbook. Rentals from July 28 to 5 September are Saturday to Saturday booking only ie 7 or 14 nights. At other times of the year 3 nights booking is the minimum. One pet is welcome.
