It is located on the first floor of a family house, which guarantees greater privacy and tranquility. Our small village surrounded by greenery offers many opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling or just taking a walk in nature. The space The apartment is 53 sqm and includes a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV, dining table with 4 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, and an equipped kitchen area with electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom is complete with a shower, sink, mirror, cabinet, bidet, toilet, and washing machine. Two bathroom towels per person are provided and changed weekly. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, night lamps, and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. The apartment has a large covered terrace with a table and chairs, a balcony, and a garden with a table and chairs under a tree for shared use with the owners of the house. Free parking is available in the courtyard in front of the house. The house is 7 km from the center of Umag and 2.5 km from Lovrečica beach, which is ideal for families with children. There are also natural beaches nearby for those who prefer less crowded areas. The grocery store is 2.5 km away in Lovrečica village or 1.8 km away in Finida campsite. The Park Umag campsite is 4 km away, and guests can use its bathing facilities. There is also an excellent restaurant-pizzeria in the nearby village of Babići, just 800 meters from the house. For those interested, there is a chiropractic office near the house that offers saunas and whirlpool tubs for a fee. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside. 3. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest. 4. For safety reasons, guests should turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation. 5. Guests should use the equipment of the accommodation with caution. 6. Guests should leave the containers empty and wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils. 7. Guests should declare to the owner any damage caused.
