Our home is on 1.3 acres all fenced in, with a big back and front yards with gardens and a big playhouse. Very private with an electric gate and a ton of parking. The house is a 2000sf two-story with a balcony. With one bedroom and bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and full bathroom. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped, a stove, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer, toaster, convection microwave, and coffee maker. Stocked spice-rack kitchen towels, everything you need, granite counters, and a breakfast nook. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. It has a big 20 X 15 living room, roll-a-way bed, and a formal dining room. Free high-speed wireless Internet throughout the property. RVs, Families with Kids are welcome.
