Completely renovated, the accommodation has retained its old-world charm. It includes a living room with an equipped kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a pleasant private outdoor area with garden furniture and deckchairs. Independent entrance and parking in front of the door. The space Located on Mont Caume, the property (fully fenced) overlooks the Toulon harbor. Numerous hiking trails, coves, beaches, medieval villages, Provençal markets, seaside resorts nearby. Come and enjoy the calm of nature while being close to the sea! For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning was installed in October 2020. We also replaced the single hob with a set of two electric hobs in November 2024. Excellent Wi-Fi network since August 2025 that allows teleworking. Guest access Large secure parking inside the property in front of the accommodation (for 1 or 2 vehicles). Spacious private and shaded terrace (or sunny, do not hesitate to move the garden furniture at your convenience) with garden furniture and armchairs for aperitif and meals outside. Basic household products (dishwashing liquid...), coffee pods, tea bags and a connected speaker are also there for you :) New air conditioning. Since June 2025 we have undertaken work on the exterior walls of the accommodation ( they are now entirely covered with lime and the ivy has been removed) which isolates much better and prevents small insects from entering. Since August 2025, we have had a great Wifi network that allows remote work. Fully fenced property. Check-out must be before 11am, however we can allow a late check-out at 2pm maximum for an additional charge of €20 (request at least the day before, thank you ).
