A front porch with comfy seating encourages those early morning visits while enjoying coffee and pastries. Enter into a lovely foyer, which leads you to two inviting bedrooms, a comfy living room, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms each have queen beds attractively topped with period style bed coverings. There is a bath located between the two bedrooms with tub and shower. A variety of bath products are available for guest's enjoyment during your stay. The kitchen is truly a delight! Fully equipped for you... this kitchen will truly entice you for those special meals. An antique dining table easily seats four people in the ample dining room. Enjoy watching your favorite show or bring your favorite movie in the comfy living room. A large sofa and two comfy armchairs are placed to watch the TV/DVD. Your stay will surely require a relaxing visit or quiet moment outside in the lovely, spacious yard and patio. The patio has comfortable seating. Other special features include an old Basse block smokehouse (currently used by your hosts), a potting shed at the end of the driveway and the feel of being in the country on this tree shaded lot. *Please be aware that the home does have exterior cameras at both the front and rear doors for security purposes.* House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance - Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm. - The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light. - Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces. - Place all trash in designated containers.
