The apartment is warm, beautiful with live flowers and natural parquet. The hallway and kitchen have underfloor heating. The location of the house is comfortable with the exit to the park, where there is a monument to the Decembrists. In the evening, the view of the area of residence adorns with its lighting, the main stadium of the city and the glowing office tower of Gazprom. The journey time to the city center and the main museums and attractions is 30-40 minutes, by car 10 minutes. I hope our guests will love it.
