Birchwood Cottage is situated in beautiful Royal Deeside in the village of Braemar. It is perfectly located for exploring the fantastic countryside and mountains of the Cairngorms, enjoying outdoor sports or just relaxing in tranquil surroundings. The space This is two bedroom property with one double bed and two single beds. A bathroom with electric shower. A living room which includes dining table and chairs for four. A kitchen off the living room. There is a storage shed for bikes/skis etc. Access to the large garden is permitted for guests. There is also off street parking on the driveway by the Cottage. Electricity is not included and is payable by £1.00 coin meter. Other things to note ELECTRICITY (not included ) IS PAYABLE BY£1.00 COIN METER. There is an outdoor secure storage shed for Ski equipment/Boots/Bikes etc. A Woodburning Stove with a full basket of logs supplied on arrival. Thereafter a small fee of £5.00 per basket if additional logs are required. All bed linen and towels are provided. ARRIVAL TIME IS NO EARLIER THAN 3.00pm DEPARTURE NO LATER THAN 10.00am No pets allowed.
