The apartment is located in the heart of downtown Brest, close to the train station, 3-minute walk, on the 5th floor of a residence, parking is free, closed bike room. It offers a magnificent view of the harbor thanks to the French windows opening onto a balcony, south-facing, very bright. The fully-equipped kitchen is at your disposal. The bedroom has a bed, desk, armchair and wardrobe. The bedding is brand new. Breakfast is included. The space The apartment is located close to the train station, Quartz (5-min walk), shops, restaurants, cinemas, Morvan University Hospital, faculties. The tram and bus lines are within walking distance. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by public transit. A bike storage room is at your disposal. Guest access You can access the kitchen and bathroom. Please note that the living room is for my exclusive use. During your stay I'll be happy to provide my guests with information. Other things to note I am a very calm person, respectful and concerned about the comfort of my guests. I expect the same from the people who stay with me.
