Villa of 200 sq.m. with stunning sea view just 300m. from the beautiful sandy beach in the resort of Anavyssos on the southern coast of the Athenian Riviera. Our house is a wonderful ensemble of a large house in the traditional Greek style, surrounded by verandas along its perimeter and a huge yard of 2 thousand sq. m. with a lawn and a pine park. In the yard there is a barbecue area, a tennis table, a shower and plenty of space for children and adults to play, as well as a large parking lot . Living in our villa, you will enjoy unlimited space, silence, birds singing and amazing landscapes combining a pine park and the blue of the Aegean Sea. The house has 4 bedrooms and is provided for a comfortable stay of a group of up to 8 guests. The villa is 30 minutes drive from Athens airport and 60 minutes from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. The entire area of ​​the house of 200 sq.m. is on one level, this is the entire top floor of the building that you see in the photo. On the lower floor there are storage rooms and utility rooms that are closed and are not used by guests. The villa consists of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, four bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and toilet and a second toilet with a washbasin. All bedrooms have large balcony windows and an exit to the veranda or to the backyard of the house. Two bedrooms have sea view, and the other two bedrooms have a view of the villa’s garden. In the front part of the living room there is a large corner veranda with sun loungers and a dining table for romantic dinners with a stunning view of the sea. The house is comfortably furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances so that our guests can enjoy every minute of their vacation. The house has air conditioners in the living room and in each bedroom. Also for the convenience of our guests there are: – good WI-FI, mosquito nets on the windows in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Also a fully equipped kitchen, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, French coffee maker and NESPRESSO coffee maker, multi mixer, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as dishes and everything you need to cook. For a comfortable sleep of our guests there is one large double bed in bedroom # 1, a second double bed in bedroom # 2, two single beds in bedroom # 3 and a couch that consists of two single beds in bedroom # 4 (one bed pulls out from under the first). Guest access The villa is located just 300m from a beautiful sandy beach. There is an exit to the beach via an underground passage under the embankment road. On the beach there is a popular cafe Nisos Café Bar, where you can take coffee, cocktails or cold drinks going down to the beach. If you like organized beaches with sun loungers and umbrellas, just 900m from the villa there are two famous hotels Alexander Beach Hotel and Vincci EverEden, these hotels have organized beaches with a beach bar, restaurant, sun loungers and umbrellas. Having paid for the sun loungers, you can also go to these beaches, they are available to everyone. On the beach Vincci EverEden there are also inflatable slides for your kids to play and water sports. Also in the resort of Palia Fokea 2 km from the villa you will find a huge beach with many beach bars and cafes with sun loungers and umbrellas. For shopping we recommend the center of the resort of Anavyssos which is 3 km away from the villa. In Anavyssos you will find large supermarkets, butchers, bakers and vegetable shops, pharmacies and a village market on Wednesdays. Also in Anavyssos there are many restaurants and pizza – pasta restaurants where you can order food with delivery to the villa. And for an evening walk in the casual resort of Palia Fokea there are many traditional taverns with seafood and meat, cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars, etc. Also while living in our villa you can visit the Temple of Poseidon on Cape Sounion which is only 25 minutes drive from the villa and Lake Vouliagmeni also 25 minutes drive.
