New apartment with private rooftop

Modern apartment with all amenities. Close to the Fira de Barcelona, 15 min by metro/bus from Plaza Cataluña and 15 min by car from the airport. Residential and quiet building located in a family area with a large park in front of the building. The neighbors community has strictly forbidden groups of friends to stay in the apartment, so unfortunately we cannot accept reservations made by groups of friends. This apartment is intended for families, couples or business trips. The space The apartment is 85 m² with a spacious kitchen, a large living/dining room with sofa and terrace access. It has 2 bathrooms, high-speed fiber optic WiFi, and a parking space included – perfect if you’re coming by car. It has three bedrooms: Bedroom 1: suite type, has a double bed and bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Bedroom 3: A single bed with access to a balcony located in the inner courtyard of the building. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note - Smoking of tobacco or any other substance is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, on the balcony, and on the rooftop terrace. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the apartment without any refund. - Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out). - Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival - Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in). - We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - Parties are not allowed. -Starting in May 1st, a tourist tax of 1.10€ per person per night will be charged for a maximum of 7 nights. This tax must be paid separately at check-in in cash. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay. - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€. - The flat's capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed. - Please take out the trash before check-out. - Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment. - You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient! - Please note that for reservations from 28 days an extra 200 euros per month will be charged, corresponding to the costs of supplies (electricity, gas, water and internet). - For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation. -Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around €250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
