This new studio has been purpose built for the Airbn'b market. It has been designed to replicate a modern hotel room at a fraction of the cost. Guests will enjoy a king size bed and a spacious and private bathroom. There is a smart television. Guests will also have access to the deck which boasts uninterrupted views of Lake Te Anua and the surrounding mountains. Free tea, coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner. The space This is a brand new property (November 2019). No expense has been spared to provide our guests with a comfortable, clean and warm environment. The smart television provides guests to Netflix and other channel options. The view from the deck is stunning. Lake Te Anau and the mountains are right in front of you! There is a reserve across the quiet street that gives access to lakeside walking and cycle tracks. Free parking is provided on site. Free WiFi provided. Please note this is a studio. We have provided a microwave and dishes at guests request but they will need to be washed in the laundry sink or the en-suite. Guest access Guests will enjoy their own private space. The laundry is available to all guests and is located at the rear of the building. washing powder is provided. Trained pets welcome. Other things to note Please note this is a studio. We have provided a microwave, toaster and jug for guests. There is only a basin for dishes as this is a studio. There is no table to eat at due to the size. We have 2 chairs out on our balcony for your use and for the lake views. This is a quiet family neighbourhood. We have a strict NO parties, or smoking policy. We provide some cutlery and crockery but this is like a hotel studio so any dishes will need to be washed in the basin or laundry. If you have booked for a third guest on a floor mattress please note it is a small space. Please leave the studio as you found it. Much appreciated.
