Remodelled studio apartment in Villa Morra

Thanks for looking at the pictures and reading the descriptions The space This is a small, yet convenient studio apartment. We have recently remodeled the place and added more features for additional comfort. What you’ll find here is a functional, small, and conveniently located spot! Here is a detailed description of what to expect: The building is has an iinsulated tin roof, which is widely used in Paraguay. When it rains, you’ll be able to hear the rain. The bathroom is downstairs and it has old appliances yet new taps. It has a shower, a hand wash, and a toilet, all common sanitary devices for Paraguay. Downstairs you will also find a small Kitchenette, now almost a full kitchen since we have renovated. It has a small fridge and a stove. It also has a microwave. Upstairs you will find a full-size bed, a small table with chairs and a sofa. I I provide beddings for the bed, and can provide extra linens if you require. There are two windows in the main room area upstairs and one downstairs by the kitchen. One is facing the front , with trees to see , and the other one faces my house (my house is in the back of the property). There is also a door to a small balcony with plants. To access the space, you need to enter around 40 meters from the street through a gravel driveway and a garden . We are conveniently located in the heart of villa morra neighborhood. There are nice places around such as: el cafe de Aca, shopping del sol, shopping villa morra, and several nice restaurants and bars. There is also a gym about 2 blocks away. You will be at a walking distance to it all. You will be provided with your own set of keys. You’ll have one key that opens the gate that faces the street. The other one is of your unit. Tap water in Paraguay might not meet certain standards. Do your research and decide what to do. I provide a big bottle of drinking water as courtesy. What to pack for a visit to Paraguay in general: bug spray (prevent mosquito bites!), sunscreen, water bottle, comfy light clothes if visiting in spring or summer, hat or cap, a good umbrella for our intense rains.
