Welcome to your beautiful escape, privately positioned on our property, Pacific Serenity, in magical Coopers Shoot. Awarded best home in category by MBA NSW, and recognised for its design. Incredibly secluded, the villa is surrounded by immaculate gardens, rainforest, green hills and ocean vistas. Sit out under the stars, listen to the birdsongs, soak in the stone outdoor bath and immerse yourself in the absolute serenity. The space Villa Luca is privately placed down on its own section of our property known as Pacific Serenity. The villa was designed and built specifically for tourism with the idea of creating a special getaway experience for people seeking tranquility, where urban comforts meet nature. It is described by “Urbanlist” as one of Byron’s most beautiful Airbnbs. Inside you will find a homely and inviting space with the finest finishes, stylish furniture and oak flooring. The deck is an entertainer's delight, elevated to capture ocean breezes. It overlooks two private acres of hills, gardens and emerging rainforest. There are multiple places to sit, relax and immerse yourself in the serenity. A beautiful outdoor stone bath and shower area sits to the left of the rear deck. The living space boasts contemporary furnishings, streams of natural light, skylights with electronic blinds, and louvre windows. Chill on the linen sofa watching the flat screen TV. Relax in the designer leather armchair reading your favourite book. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances and top of the range stone benchtop. The bathroom is finished to the same high standard and boasts a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. There are two bedrooms with the master boasting a recycled four poster bed. The second bedroom is configured with two king single beds. Fully ducted air conditioning completes the space. Outside there is a firepit for the beautiful winter evenings, whilst the new outdoor bath area completes your private oasis. Guest access Checked in Guests have access to the home and surrounding gardens. Other things to note Please respect the fact that the villa is located on a private property where our home is also situated . Your booking is for staying guests only. No other people, visitors or friends are permitted to enter the property without checking with us first. The full names of all guests need to be provided for guest records. You can either add them to the booking or simply message the names back at some point prior to arrival. The villa pricing varies with the number of guests so please ensure that you enter the correct number (adults and children) when booking. Please ask if you wish to bring a Pet or furry family member. These are considered on a case by case basis. We often travel with our dogs and know what its like to find quality pet friendly accommodation. Small, well behaved and housetrained pets are welcome.
