If you are looking for a space to chill and relax we invite you to experience our fresh, renovated, air conditioned, four bedroom, two bathroom bungalow with wifi and well treed private large yard. Lots of room for parking your cars, trucks, boat, quad and snowmobile trailers. Enjoy a two minute drive to Waskateena beach, and close walking distance to the resort amenities. The cabin also offers a short walk to Bay Lake and Torch lake. The space Large air conditioned bungalow with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, on private secluded well treed lot close to all amenities. Parking for cars, trucks, boat and sled trailers. Guest access Guests have access to entire house and grassed yard. The detached garage on the property and the shared gravel drive way leading to the shop is not included in the rental. The detached shop will be utilized sparingly from time to time during your stay however the lot is huge and does not impact your space. We do our best to maintain a sense of privacy and try not to frequent the shop unnecessarily. Other things to note Bed linens, pillow cases, comforters and beach towels are not included in the rental we ask you supply your own however, if needed we can make arrangements to provide. The garage is utilized from time to time as this is my workshop and not included in the rental without arrangements. The water is run through a salt water softener and comes from a well. Drinking water is available in the water cooler, two 20 litre jugs are provided and refills can be purchased from the ESSO. You will here the sump pump running from time to time and this is normal and necessary as the ground water can be high from year to year. In the event of a power outage please inform us immediately as we have a generator on site which will run a few necessities such as sump pumps, refrigerators and a couple lights until power is restored. We provide a generous amount of fire wood on the rack, refills are $40 for a wheelbarrow full. We hope you create many great memories during your stay at the Lazy Bones Cabin. Check out is at 11 am and we rely on every minute to be ready in time for our 4 pm arrivals. Please message us once you have left the property as we will start preparing immediately upon your check out. As you begin the checkout process we ask that the cabin be left in the same condition you found it. We appreciate the floors swept and swiftered, the kitchen and bathrooms (sink shower/tub and toilet) wiped down. Please have the laundry and dishwasher started. The cleaning supplies are located in the laundry room and if you need any more of anything please reach out and we will supply. Please place all bagged garbage in the road bins and place recycling on the deck. This is a great help as we can focus on our deep clean procedures. Your contributions will greatly assists the tight turnover process and ensure we can welcome our next guests with the same spotless arrival you enjoyed.
