On a generous 140 square meters, a contemporary mix of sustainable furniture, modern design classics and smart upcycling awaits you on the first floor. The space The stylish rooms of the Royal Oberförsterei on the first floor have a very special charm. They have been lovingly and healthily renovated and converted into a spacious apartment for 4 - 6 people. In doing so, we tried to preserve and revive the charisma of the old building. ​ The apartment offers, on about 140 square meters, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, shower bath & guest toilet as well as a spacious dining & living room, with Swedish tiled stove and a small desk. When choosing the furnishings, we placed great emphasis on sustainable materials from local production or intelligent upcycling. Come on in... We look forward to seeing you soon! Guest access The apartment has its own entrance, which is accessible through a beautiful, listed veranda made of oak timber. Alternatively, you can also use the entrance to the courtyard via the large staircase. This is shared with the large apartment on the upper floor (10-14 people), which is also rented out. Also shared: In the basement there is a spacious sauna area, with shower and relaxing loungers. The use of the sauna is included with us! FYI: If necessary, a washing machine and dryer are also available (also included). Other things to note Our house is surrounded by a spacious, fully fenced property. The yard is paved and can accommodate 3-4 cars or for children to play. Our guests will find more parking directly on the street. Opposite the house is the large historic barn with workshops, exhibition and seminar rooms. Right next to the barn is a large open pavilion that invites you to relax, barbecue or dine under cover. The large garden runs around the whole house and offers several areas to sit and linger. There is a separate barbecue area, a large dining area and a sandbox for the little ones. Children under three years stay with us for free..! :) PS: Dogs or other pets are welcome upon request, but cost a one-time cleaning fee of €40! #climatechange #environmentallyfriendly ... Our house is CO2 neutral and certified as climate-neutral accommodation. We therefore attach great importance to environmentally friendly and climate-friendly behavior!
