City Center - two rooms downtown

Actually, I wanted to spend even more on each room, the furniture, the decoration and the many details... my husband and I just didn't seem to be on the same page. But I love my little hideaway in the middle of Amsterdam. Our neighbours in this place full of history are all native ones. Lawyers, midwives, judges, journalists and creative people live here close together - right in the city centre and yet away from the noise and bustle of the unbelievably many tourists. The space I want to give you a sense of "home" in these rooms. Modern, high-quality furnishings, designer pieces and especially many small details selected with love. Whenever I have found great pieces at a flea market again, I hope that you as guests will enjoy them. In addition to the large terrace for all guests on the second floor, there is also the communal kitchen on the ground floor right at the entrance (then you do not have to carry the groceries far!) There is a record player - with Dutch long-playing records - as well as an induction stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer and a dining table ready. Please always clean up after you've done your magic here. Dishwasher is also there! Guest access Access to the house is only possible via a digital key, which you get after registration on the day of arrival on your smartphone. Parking in Amsterdam is not easy and often very expensive. If you come by car, it is best to unload the luggage and then look for one of the many (and much cheaper) parking spaces (for example, at the stadium). The money you save can then be invested in delicious ice cream or a good glass of wine. During your stay We are not always on site, but we always have an ear for you. Our son is studying in Amsterdam and we love travelling, besides we live in other European countries for a certain time. We are happy to exchange more detailed contact details after booking.
