The property is on the second floor of a condominium with an elevator. Excellent base for visiting the entire Gulf of La Spezia: Cinque Terre, Lerici, San Terenzo and Portovenere. There are numerous free public parking lots in the area and a bus stop just a few steps from the property. Breakfast is included in the price. The space All rooms are double with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, a phone, and toiletries. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, minibar, kettle, safe, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, linen and towels. Rooms are cleaned daily from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Self check-in is possible in order to have access to the room in complete autonomy. Instructions for automatic check-in will be provided the day before the scheduled arrival. To complete check-in, you must present a document the morning after arrival or alternatively send a photo. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. (it is still possible to agree on a different time depending on the occupancy of the room). LOCATION There is a bus stop right below the property to be able to reach the points of greatest interest in a few minutes (a bus passes every 10 minutes). The property is located about 1.5 km from the center of La Spezia. The Cinque Terre can be reached via the La Spezia Centrale train station, which is about 3 km from the property. The Cinque Terre can also be reached by boat; the boat terminal is 2.5 km away. Lerici, San Terenzo and their beaches are 7 km away. These locations can be reached either by bus or by car. The same applies to Portovenere, which is 17 km away and can also be reached by boat. There are also numerous restaurants and bars nearby, a supermarket and an ATM.
