LANKA - Press house in the vineyard

The house hides in the vineyard of St. George's Mountain Diska on the Kisapáti side between the vineyards. The entire house (max. 4 persons) or the small guest house (max. 2 persons) can be rented. Dog-friendly place to stay. For hikers, retreats, for those who want peace of mind, for those who like to eat well, or just sit on the terrace with a glass of wine in their hands. The space Estate: The house is located on the Szent György Hill, on the side of Kisapát. Old press and basement, which has undergone a complete renovation in recent years, preserving the old magic of the house. The plot is 3000 square meters, with grapes and fruit trees, with a beautiful view of the Csobánc, the basalt tractors. The last house on the line, so it's very calm, with no passage on the plot. Perfect for a retreat. The Blue Tour route passes directly on the property line. The neighborhood is basically quiet, but the noise from garden work is regular, and it's an economic area, even on weekends. The mountain offers a variety of activities: hiking, horseback riding, restaurants, concerts, wine tasting… Lake Balaton is 10 minutes away by car. Guest apartment for 2: Self contained lower part of the house with separate entrance. Private bathroom, kitchenette (electric hob, kettle, coffee maker, basic equipment, NO separate sink), small terrace. Guests are free to move around the garden and property throughout. If the entire house is not rented, we may be staying at the house. Entire house for 4 people: The upper part of the house can also be rented, ideal for 4 people along with the lower guest apartment. At the top is a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with full equipment, large terrace. In this case, the house is for guests only. Dog-friendly place to stay. The house is accessed by a partly asphalt and part dirt road. It is recommended to arrive by car, but the bus stop is also within 15 min. walking distance. Parking is possible in front of the house. The plot is not surrounded, there is no fence. Deer, rabbits, foxes, wild boars are frequent visitors to the house. Guest access Guests are free to move around the entire site. Garden furniture, a bacon oven, and an electric grill if needed. If only the lower guest is rented, we can stay on the property. If the entire house is rented, only guests will be on the property. Other things to note The place and neighborhood are primarily recommended for retreats, hikers, wine lovers, and nature lovers. The neighborhood is very quiet, we don't disturb each other and nature, and we expect it from our guests. No loud noises, no parties, no loud music. Since it's a wine country with vineyards, there's work on the mountain all year round: lawn mowing, spraying, other work. This can cause noise, which should be counted. The accommodation is dog-friendly, so we also welcome home favorites. Bejgli lives with us at the house, our dog. He doesn't mind, he doesn't bite, he's very nice and friendly.
