Cottage renovated in 2021 for 4, consisting of 1 living room and 2 bedrooms (2 90 cm beds, 1 160 cm bed). A covered terrace with an electric barbecue (stored in the outdoor safe box with the deck chairs and drying rack). Quiet in a village of 1000 inhabitants at an altitude of 230 meters, with a multi-service business (bread, grocery store, newspapers, meat, charcuterie, caterer, post office, tobacco...) between the vines and the scrubland in the heart of the Hérault. The space Composed of a living room equipped with a multifunction oven, filter coffee maker (filters available) and Tassimo, kettle, BRITA carafe, Wi-Fi (free), TV. The bathroom has a 5 kg washing machine, a bathtub, a shower screen, a sink, mirror, cupboards, shelves, coat rack, and bath mat. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: to the left of the staircase, 1 160-cm bed; to the right of the staircase, 2 90-cm beds. A terrace to share for good moments of relaxation with garden furniture. Parking in front of the house. Unfenced grounds. Pets not accepted (we have cats that do not accept competition) . The swimming pool is accessible from 9am to 5pm , from July 1 (sometimes June depending on the weather) to September 15. So as not to load you we leave you all the cleaning products, garbage bags, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, wipes, dish towels for your start of your stay, you will complete according to your needs(ask if you are in doubt) etc. Guest access The accommodation is at the back of the building, we live at the front, the entrances are separate, no communication between the accommodations.
