Villa Allegra is newly opened house located in charming Mediterranean city of Lovran. Each apartment in Villa Allegra has beautiful sea view on the town Rijeka and islands Krk and Cres. Villa is surrounded with a big garden where you can enjoy in a peaceful environment and relax with your friends and family. Stuff of Villa Allegra is always on your disposal for any questions and will make you feel like at home. Apartment has 63m2 (678 sq ft) and it is on the second floor in Villa Allegra. It consists of one master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooking plate, set of dishes and cutlery) dining table, living room with pull out sofa bed (two can sleep) and big balcony with the view on the garden and sea. Balcony has two entrances from master bedroom and living room. Apartment includes: safe air conditioning towels bed linen TV free Wi-Fi free parking If you have a baby we can put a portable kinder-bed in the apartment. We'll be present on your check-in to welcome you and provide you with all the info that you might need. Also we will be at your disposal during your stay. Villa Allegra consists of 9 apartments with shared garden. Except your own terrace/balcony you will have access to common huge terrace with great sea view where you can relax, drink wine, coffee, read a book :) Also you have free parking behind the house. If you don't want to cook during your stay we can arrange for you breakfast in your apartment and for lunch or dinner we can recommend some great places around. Lovran Growing wild laurel, after which Lovran got its name and other Mediterranean plants give the air a special therapeutic quality. Through Lovran goes a 12 km long coastal trail known as "Lungomare" which connects Lovran with the rest of the Opatija Riviera. Opatija is at your fingertips, and if you want to feel hustle and bustle of the city, you have to Rijeka a half hour drive. Breezes that sweep from Učka bring scents of Istria and relieve summer heat, and the view from our terrace delights. Villa Allegra is an oasis of peace and tranquility, an ideal place for a break from everyday life. Transportation Local bus station is 5 min walking distance from villa. If you want to go to Opatija it is 10 min with bus and to Rijeka 40 min. Islands Cres and Krk are also close an you can make a day trip there. On island Krk is airport so you can consider to come with plane and then to Lovran is 1:30 with bus. For any informations about transportations and how to get to the villa you can ask us. If you are coming with car you can contact us at any time so that we can explain you directions to the house. If you are coming to Rijeka airport it is one hour away from Lovran. For additional price we can arrange transfer from/to the airport.
