The space The Chalets In the heart of the ancient rural village of Cormignano, the Chalet is located in a large clearing, in a panoramic position of rare beauty. A majestic view of the Alps and the glaciers of the Adamello and Baitone group opens up before you. A house with authentic charm, where mountain history meets contemporary comfort. The Chalet consists of four buildings. The rental in this listing is for the exclusive use of the larger apartment, which is located on the first two floors of the house and has a separate entrance. GROUND FLOOR Entrance You enter through an original old wooden door, which leads into a space where the house's original stone and wood have been preserved and enhanced. Stone walls, ceilings, and floors immediately tell the story of this place and accompany you inside the chalet. Living Area The large living room, about 50 sqm, is located in the house's old stable, preserving its original charm and atmosphere. The stone vaults, the ancient exposed beams, the wood, and the warmth of the fireplace create a warm and cozy environment, where the history of the house is felt in every detail. Particular attention has been paid to the scenic lighting: spotlights from below and light points from above enhance the stone vaults, the walls, and the original architectural elements. All the lighting is fully dimmable, allowing you to create different atmospheres depending on the time of day. It is the heart of the Chalet: a space to enjoy together, ideal for a dinner with friends, for an evening by the fire, or simply to relax and let yourself be enveloped by the mountain atmosphere. To complete the space, a brand-new home theater system and a 75-inch TV allow you to enjoy evenings of movies and entertainment in a truly special atmosphere, immersed in the charm of the old stable. The living room also opens onto a dressing room with separate bathrooms for men and women. Kitchen and amenities A new, fully equipped, all-steel professional kitchen with a professional dishwasher." In the adjacent boiler room, there is an additional bathroom and a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. SECOND FLOOR Rooms – up to 19 beds The Chalet has five bedrooms, all different from each other: four double bedrooms and a spacious bedroom for six people, consisting of a double bed and two bunk beds. The standard configuration provides 14 beds. Upon request, it is possible to increase the capacity up to 19 guests by adding a single bed in three of the double rooms and using the sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor. Some rooms offer a beautiful mountain view, while others offer a more intimate and cozy atmosphere. Each room has a large private bathroom and features antique planks and exposed beams, original to the house. Even the old doors have been restored and repurposed, preserving the character and history of the rooms. Original materials, meticulous details, and different atmospheres make each room unique, creating warm, welcoming, and romantic spaces that are perfectly in tune with the soul of the Chalet. OUTDOOR AREA Relaxation, Wellness & Outdoor Outside the chalet, in the large, flat garden, there is a large outdoor area designed for moments of relaxation, wellness, and conviviality surrounded by nature and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Area Wellness The Wellness area includes: - barrel sauna; - tub with whirlpool; - Scottish shower; - cold tub, new for 2026; - Kneipp path. A true space dedicated to well-being, where you can alternate warmth, water, and moments of relaxation outdoors. Outdoors The garden also offers several areas dedicated to socializing and relaxation: - an equipped gazebo, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners; - a mobile barbecue; - a fountain; - a fire pit, perfect for spending evenings outdoors; - a solarium with a chaise longue, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. After a walk in the woods, a hike, or a day in the snow, you can take a break in the sauna or the whirlpool tub, or simply relax in the garden. At sunset, the view of the Adamello and the Baitone group becomes part of the experience: the silence of the mountain, the warmth of the fire pit, and the changing light on the peaks create a truly evocative atmosphere. A space to be enjoyed in every season, for well-being, relaxation, and the pleasure of being together. Guest access Location The Chalet is located just 3 km from Vezza d'Oglio, in Alta Valle Camonica, in the province of Brescia, which can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Access during the winter season During the winter season, in the presence of snow, the access road to the Chalet is not cleared all the way to the property. Depending on the snow conditions, it may therefore be necessary to walk the last stretch, for a maximum of about 15 minutes. To make your arrival easier, your luggage will be transported to the Chalet by jeep or another suitable vehicle. Other things to note ADDITIONAL CHARGES Use of the Wellness area is not included in the price of the stay. The service is available upon request and the cost varies according to the number of guests, from €20.00 to €50.00 per person per day. The wood for the brazier or for the barbecue has a cost of €7.00 per bag. The fee is applied for each bag opened and used.
