OPorto Cheers Gaia - Train Station & free parking

This apartment from "Oporto Cheers Gaia" flats, on the second floor can provide you with an excellent stay in Gaia, at any time of the year. It is located next most of the Porto's Port Wine Cellars. This flat is a 10-minute walk from the Gaia Pier (down Serpa Pinto Street where the Portwine cellars are), opposite Porto's harbor (Ribeira), just 500 meters away. The river Douro connects the docks with the iron bridge D. Luiz I, on foot, by car, bus, train, and subway. The space This apartment from "Oporto Cheers Gaia" Flats has 45 square meters with a mezzanine-style internal staircase to a spacious bedroom with 20 square meters, a King Size bed, bedside tables, desk, wardrobe, chair, and wardrobe, high mirror, followed by a living room with a sofa bed where you can rest and relax, in front of a cable TV, and also where you can sleep two lightweight people. Inside there's a table and chairs, a kitchenette with all cooking facilities as well as an air extractor, cloths and detergents, and 3 south-facing windows. Following there is a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available here. There is Heating during winter and ventilation during the summertime. The living room sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults or 2 children, but note that they will sleep on 2 different mattresses because these are on different levels of the sofa bed. Access to the apartment is via a staircase (2nd floor - 19 steps to it). Guests can access, with full autonomy, all parts of the apartment space. The gardens are shared between the 2 other apartments in the same building. Below the accommodation, there's a (very good) small pizzeria that can be a useful resource for when you don't feel like cooking during your vacation, so you can eat there, or take the food to the apartment. At 80 meters you will find a typical Portuguese food restaurant we fully recommend. Further down, 500 meters from the building, there is a supermarket "Pingo Doce" that sells all the food and drinks as well as any other material you need in your daily life for your comfort and hygiene. Parking for cars on the street is paid, but it's free on perpendicular and side streets (at a distance of 80 meters). You will have access to our blog Oporto Cheers Gaia and our online guidebook so you can take the maximum of your visit to our city without the need to do too much previous research. Late check-in is acceptable until 02:00 a.m. (via self-check-in). Late check-out is possible if we don't have new guests on the same day. Other things to note It is included in the price, sheets and bath towels, kitchen essentials, and cleaning at end of the stay. Wireless internet is also included. The baby Cot has an additional price of €6 per night if requested. If the booking is for 2 people, we will not supply any bedlinen for the sofa-bed as we will take into consideration that it is a couple. If you pretend to use the sofa bed, you will have to tell us in advance and we will have to charge an extra 6€ per night for the use of it.
