This cottage for 2 people includes a room with living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. It has everything you need for a carefree vacation, air conditioning, wifi, private outdoor space, access to the shared pool and parking space. Sheets provided, bring towels. The space With an area of 35 m², Liliana's house consists of a living room with equipped kitchen including induction cooktop, mini oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and living room with sofa and flat-screen TV. The bedroom consists of a double bed and adjoins the bathroom which includes a sink, toilet, walk-in shower and hairdryer. Linens and towels are provided. Outside, relaxing armchairs and garden furniture are at your disposal. Guest access The house is individual and entirely for you. The pool is accessible and shared with another accommodation for 2 people and my family. A parking space in the enclosed garden is at your disposal. Other things to note Out of respect for the premises and future tenants, we ask that you do not smoke inside the accommodation. No pets allowed. The cleaning package includes classic cleaning, cleaning and changing of sheets and towels. Dishes should be left clean and tidy, garbage cans emptied... Wi-Fi should only be used in accordance with the law. The pool is accessible in accordance with the rules set by the owner.
