Enjoy fishing off the canal dock or gazing at our wonderful sunsets with the western exposure view from the screened enclosed lanai. With 2,134 sq ft of living area , our home is fully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Although we are a new listing on Airbnb, we have been hosting our home for over 5 years on other sites. The space This beautiful gulf access home features a king-sized bed in the master, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and 2 XL twin beds in bedroom 3. There are smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and twin bedrooms. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and lanai. The fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops includes all major appliances, pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster --everything needed to feel like home. The screened lanai has a gas grill and a large dining table with 6 comfortable chairs. There are also chaise lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun. You might see fish jumping in the canal, and there are turtles and ducks that often visit the dock area. There are colorful LED lights in the pool and spa for night time swim. Guest access Guests can access all ares of the house and outdoor areas, with exception to attics and any locked closets. Other things to note We ask that you verify your Government Issued ID with Airbnb before reservation is requested. - Check out is 10 AM - Minimum rental age 25 years old. - A $40 weekly electricity allowance (50 kwy/day) is included. Additional power usage is charged at $0.12 per kwh. Parties/events are not allowed. If you throw a party/event, it will be an automatic termination of your reservation and you will be asked to leave. Six (6) guests maximum (including children) allowed at home. Guest count (number of adults and children) must be disclosed when reservation is made. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house, outside areas or on the property. ( $250 minimum charge if cleaners detect this) This house and neighborhood is best suited for couples and families looking for a quiet vacation. Especially between 10 pm - 7 am please respect quiet hours. You are welcome and encouraged to cook. But if you cook something, or do anything that leaves such a strong odor that the cleaning crew must address it, you will be charged a additional cleaning fee of $100. If it is so much and strong that even after extra cleaning, the next guests are affected, then a case will be opened with Airbnb to address. Additional fees charged and/or termination if any of the above rules are not adhered Pool, hot tub and dock area use is at your own risk. No diving.
