You will stay in the outbuilding of a Bordeaux house (30 m²) in a quiet area and close to all amenities (Carrefour City, pharmacy, etc.). 250 m from tram A and Cenon train station which takes you in 6 stops (approx. 15 min) to the center of Bordeaux and in 1 stop by TER (4 min) to Bordeaux St Jean train station. There are also vélibs. The space This 30 m² outbuilding has a private entrance and a garden shared with the owners. The maisonette consists of a living room with equipped kitchen. The living room sofa is convertible into a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with 2 sinks, 1 toilet and 1 walk-in shower. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed, a desk and a large wardrobe. The garden of about 80 m² is wooded. A small private terrace with table and 4 chairs is at your disposal, the rest of the garden is shared with the owners. The neighborhood is quiet and the environment friendly. Street parking is by disc. Guest access Access to the outbuilding is via a small passage on the side of the house, then the accommodation is at the bottom of the garden. Other things to note The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi but it picks up 4G very well. Parking is by disc on the street and there are plenty of spaces. Departure and arrival times are flexible.
