"Le Chat Perché" Property – 3 Stars

Located between Caen and Vire, the property "Le chat perché" (3 official stars) was once a typical Norman farm of the early 20th century. The farming activity has since ceased, and it is with great taste that this beautiful property has been completely restored to the delight of the travelers who come to stay there. You will find all the modern comforts while being in the quiet countryside. Rest, tranquility and bucolic setting await. The space The entire gîte is at your disposal, plus you have your private garden, away from noise and prying eyes. Perfect for barbecues and outdoor games! The accommodation is on 2 levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with its wood stove, various board games at your disposal, lots of documentation on places to visit in our area as well as a TV, (fiber is available throughout the accommodation). There is also a dining kitchen with all modern amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, food processor, coffee machine...) ideal for cooking good dishes. You also have a toilet at this level. On the first floor, the landing serves two bedrooms and a shower room. The red room is the largest, very bright with its two windows overlooking the outside, you will feel right at home with top quality bedding and its dressing area that brings charm to the room. The second bedroom, the gray bedroom, has the effect of a cocoon with its warm decoration and its touches of color that brings life to the room! (the beds in the photo are separate but can be brought together to create a very large king-size bed if needed). And finally the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, towel dryer, mirror with light and storage for more comfort. You will also find a drying rack, hair dryer and laundry basket in this room. No smoking in the cottage, rented for a minimum of two consecutive nights. For those who wish, in winter, the wood basket for the stove is €5 extra Pets (dogs or cats) are allowed but a supplement of €15 per animal is required for the stay and they are prohibited on the floor of the gîte as well as on the armchairs and sofas. Please also inform us, at the time of booking, of the type of animal that will share this vacation with you The garden of the cottage is enclosed on two sides by a wall, the 3rd side by a small electric fence and the 4th side by a plant hedge but without a fence.
