Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door. The space The house is located in a quiet residential area, almost at the end of the street. The apartment has a shared (with us) entrance and exit, with space for shoes and jackets. The living room is bright and pleasant, with 3 large windows towards the garden and the sea. The sofa can be pulled out so that it becomes a double bed. The kitchenette contains most of what you would need. Stove, fridge/freezer The bedroom has a good bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe for storing clothes, etc. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom, those in the living room must walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The garden is cozy and free to use. Barbecue is available for use, but charcoal and lighter fluid must be brought. (Do not allow with disposable grill!) If you're lucky, you'll see the hares wandering around the garden. We also have a small cat named Lusi, who will often greet you when you are outside, but we appreciate that she is not let into the apartment😊 Guest access Our street is a bit narrow and steep at the beginning, but when you get to the top it is worth it😊 There is a private parking space next to the carport.
