Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a detached house, with lake view and private patio. Nice location at the end of a quiet building area. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have set check-in at 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want to check in earlier. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approx. every 30 min to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several beautiful beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, private lockable door. The space The house is located in a quiet residential area, almost at the end of the street. The apartment has a common (with us) entrance and hallway, with space for shoes and jackets. The living room is bright and pleasant, with 3 large windows facing the garden and the lake. The sofa can be pulled out to make a double bed. The kitchenette contains most of what you would need. Stove, fridge/freezer The bedroom has a good bed of 140 cm and a tall cabinet for storing clothes, etc. The bathroom is located on the inside of the bedroom, those who are in the living room must go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. The garden is cozy and for free use. Barbecue is available for use, but charcoal and lighter fluid must be brought. (Disposable grills are not allowed!) If you're lucky, you'll see the wild animals wandering around in the garden. We also have a small cat named Lusi, who will be happy to greet you when you are on the outside, but we appreciate that she is not let into the apartment😊 Guest access Our street is a bit narrow and steep at the beginning, but when you get to the top it's worth it😊 There is a private parking space next to the carport.
