The house is located in a private and gated community, located around 30 minutes from the beach, mall, restaurants etc! 1 Parking Available, 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, Cable TV and wifi! The space Please keep in mind (as stated in the description) the condo is in a gated community neighborhood, therefore there are other neighbors there as well but the house is fully available for you. It is gated so only residents are allowed in there, which makes is safe. We do not live there. The gate is opened and closed with the cellphone provided to you. Guest access It is self check in. We provide check in instructions the day of your check in. The gate is opened with the cell phone we have there. If in case you’re not able to open it please give us a call , do not force open.
