Villa Agave offers its lucky guests every comfort in a splendid natural setting, on one of the highest points of the hill of Pesaro, and therefore with a splendid view over the rolling hills. The space Outdoors, the garden with its multiple blooms is the pride of this property, letting guests experience the spectacle of nature in an exclusive triumph of scents and colours, with guaranteed relaxation and tranquillity. The farmhouse, built more than 200 years ago, combines a classic yet, at the same time, pleasing design with organic and natural materials with a fascinating and intriguing result, thanks also to the design of the whole property that tends to naturally emphasise the harmonious succession of internal and external areas. Interior: The villa has two floors. The main entrance on the ground floor opens into the dining room complete with kitchen and satellite TV. On the right is the living room with sofas that leads to a double bedroom (with divisible bed) and private bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor is a second kitchen and a bathroom with shower. A staircase in the dining room leads up to the first floor with three double bedrooms, one of which with a beautiful panoramic terrace, and a bathroom with tub. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms. Guest access Park: The outdoor area, that extends for about1500 sq m, is characterised by a flourishing well-kept garden surrounded by lush vegetation. In front of the portico is an outdoor dining area with a shady covering, where guests can enjoy pleasant breakfasts or splendid dinners. Also in the garden are three medium-sized private parking spaces.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. Swimming Pool: Precise planning has managed to integrate an elegant swimming pool, complete with hydromassage area, into the surrounding space. Of fairly irregular shape, in consideration of the space available, the pool measures 9 x 5 m (the narrow side is 2 m), with a constant depth of 1,40 m; internal brick steps lead into the water. It has salt purification and PVC lining. The walkways around the pool are in non-slip stoneware and the area is furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Pets: On request, € 50,00/week or part of week/animal.
